Here at My Coaching Notes, we have developed a fresh collection of performance notebooks crafted for coaches, trainers, and athletes to record insights, strategies, and reflections throughout every stage of training and competition.For Coaches, we have created a 122-page 'Simple' edition coach notebook featuring plenty of blank pages for your own coaching notes, along with full-court and half-court pitch layouts for quick sketches and tactical doodles.We have also developed a 122-page 'Match Focus' edition (also a coaches notebook) which builds on the 'Simple' edition by adding structured prompts for every stage of a match; pre-match details (starting line-up, opponents, etc), in-game analysis (goal scorers, assists, interceptions, rebounds, etc), and post-game reflections for team debriefs.
This coach notebook also includes ample space for your own notes, plus the same full-court and half-court pitch layouts for quick sketches and tactical doodles.For Athletes, each notebook includes 147 pages thoughtfully organised into sections for training notes, drills, game preparation, game stats and fitness tracking.
